Delete your Five Element Heroes account

You can ask us to delete your Five Element Heroes account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deleting is permanent: your heroes, items, progress and purchases cannot be brought back.

How to ask

1. In the game, open your Profile. Under your name you see your player ID and server, for example ID: 123456 · S1.
2. Send an email to support@fiveelementheroes.com with the subject Delete my account, and write your player ID and server. If you play on several servers, list each one, or write "all servers".
3. If you sign in with Google, send the email from that Google address. If you play as a guest, we will send a code to your in-game mail and ask you to reply with it, so that only the owner can delete the account.
4. We delete the account within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your account and its characters on every server you asked for
• Your character name, avatar, heroes, items, gear, pets and game progress
• Your chat messages, friends, guild membership and referral codes
• The link to your Google account (its ID and email address)
• Sign-in records with IP addresses and device models

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase records (product, price, date, Google Play order ID): as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Records of refunded purchases, fraud or cheating: up to 12 months, to stop the same abuse again.
